We're Pat Stimac and Kent Buttars, wedding Officiant s and ceremony celebrants  who have been married over 30 years and who help you celebrate your love in a ceremony that will be remembered for life!

 

A wedding ceremony is a significant moment in life.  We are honored and delighted to officiate when two people exchange vows of love and commitment.  It reminds us of the marriage vows we once exchanged and the love we continue to share.

 

We are celebrants you can count on. Our professional colleagues do ... in fact, many wedding facilities recommend us as Officiant s. Look to us to help you plan, rehearse and then celebrate your ceremony in the Pacific Northwest (and sometimes beyond).

We welcome diversity (religious, spiritual, interfaith, second marriages, commitment celebrations, etc.) and the richness of life. It is a pleasure for us to learn about you and to help you clarify exactly what you want in your ceremony.

 

Couples select us when they want ease in planning their ceremony and joy in the day-of-wedding celebration. We are the type of people your grandmother . . . as well as your "baby brother". . . feel comfortable with.

 

We are ordained ministers and are currently registered in Washington, Oregon and North Carolina. This said, we are comfortable with a variety of ceremonies (civil, spiritual or religious). We have the experience (over 14 years and 1,500 weddings) and resources for your ceremony to be meaningful and reflective of your relationship.  

 

Your wedding day is a celebration of your love. Our intention is for you to be as delighted and excited about your ceremony as you are about your love for each other. And we know of which we speak, being married for over 30 years, more in love and happier now than ever.

We officiate intimate wedding ceremonies "exactly as you wish" at our location in Green Lake or at a place of your choosing in the greater Seattle area.

 

There are also a number of nondenominational churches which welcome couples of all faiths. And, of course, we enjoy a variety of amazing parks and private gardens. There is always the intimacy and connection to nature when a marriage ceremony is celebrated in a favorite outdoor setting, such as Parsons Garden or the Olympic Sculpture Park . . . or your own yard!
