John and Elizabeth Hamilton are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After years of traveling the country opening restaurants from Napa Valley to the Hudson Valley, John and Elizabeth have returned to the site of their wedding to rebuild the famed Rose Inn and renovate the gorgeous grounds.

Over five years of operations and renovations have brought this historical site to be known for its luxurious Finger Lakes Weddings, unmatched accommodations and unparalleled cuisine.

The Foundation of the John Joseph Inn and Elizabeth are based upon the strong culinary roots. We offer Modern American Cuisine based upon the rich bounty of the Finger Lakes. Offering 5 course Chef’s Tastings and three course price fix menus that change daily, your dinning experience will be exceptional.
