Situated on 9 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, Dibble's Inn has been providing guests with fine dining and Victorian elegance for over 50 years. The warmth, charm, and ambiance of our Inn offer a feeling of comfort and relaxation unsurpassed anywhere else in Central New York.

Our proximity to Syracuse and the Utica/Rome area provides easy access and a central location for weddings and private parties as well as business functions.
The signature buffets at Dibble's Inn are famous in the local area, and our elegant served meals provide a fine dining experience to groups of 40 to 750+ guests.

The Ceremony Garden

If you're dreaming of an outside garden wedding, our beautifully manicured "Ceremony Garden" is the perfect setting! Set beneath a majestic 250 year old chestnut tree, there are annuals blooming all year long. A picturesque trumpet vine garlanded arbor forms the threshold under which you may exchange your vows with blooming roses to finish the masterpiece. If inclement weather should prevent us from using the gardens, your ceremony will be moved inside to your reception room.

The Silver Room - Up to 250 Guests

The "Silver Garden" was named for its spectacular view of the beautifully manicured gardens. This round shaped room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows encouraging copious amounts of natural light. The silver walls provide a perfect backdrop for any bridal or corporate decorative colors. The permanent dance floor is conveniently located at the center of the room, while its private, fully stocked bar is located just outside the doors. The silver garden is the largest of the rooms, comfortably entertaining 250 guests.

The Gold Room - Up to 165 Guests

The "Gold Room", decorated in classic yet understated Victorian style, is surrounded by 10 foot windows allowing gorgeous natural light to pour into your celebration! The gold room provides a permanent dance floor as well as a separate buffet area with wheelchair access. Bar service is provided form our beautiful oak bar room. This room is comfortable for up to 165 guests

The Garden View Room - Up to 130 Guests

The "Garden View" offers French doors directly into the beautiful gardens, especially convenient for those couples conducting their ceremony right here on our lovely grounds. This room has its own fully stocked bar, separate buffet area and large restroom facilities with vanities. Its rustic charm is unassuming and comfortable making it also perfect for anniversary parties, reunions, corporate meetings, and birthday parties. The Garden View room comfortably entertains 130 guests.

The Empire Room - Up to 50 Guests

The "Empire Room" -- also known as the "Victorian Room" -- boasts original oak parkay flooring, original working fireplace and mantle, period lighting and hand crafted trim. Its Victorian charm adds to any occasion and is perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and small brunches. This room is a cozy option for parties of less than 50 guests.

The Bistro - Up to 40 Guests

Perfect for an after work cocktail party, networking event, or entertaining clients, the bistro area can host gatherings of up to 40 people. This area boasts a beautiful, classic American, fully stocked bar surrounded by windows for plenty of natural light. Dibble's Inn has an extensive Hors D'oeuvres menu to compliment your social hour.
