Chef Patrick's training and education are culled from many sources. Chef Patrick Vanas is a Culinary Science graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Growing up in his family's dairy farm, he learned, first hand, milk and cheese production, and acquired the strong appreciation for fresh produce and ingredients.
Ffrom the south, during his undergraduate years in Charleston, South Carolina, and from the north, while earning his culinary degree in Providence, Rhode Island. Prior to moving to Washington, DC, he worked for six years at some of the country's most exclusive country clubs which honed his skill for personalized treatment.
