These meals are designed for the busy consumer who would like a home cooked meal but just does not have the time to create one. These plans range from 3 day-7 day meal plans and can be created for special diets, vegan, vegetarian, and our newest portion plans. This plan includes complete dinner size portions.

Portions Plans are for those who are starting off the new year healthier. These meals are created to help with portion control and can assist with losing weight because of the portions with out losing taste and the things you love to eat.

All of our Portion Plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks. They are made with the finest, healthiest, and freshest ingredients available. They come prepackaged and are ready to be refrigerated or frozen and can be easily warmed in the safe microwavable containers.

And for those who travel, we vacuum pack your meals and make them travel ready. All meals can be delivered for an additional charge or picked up from our kitchen at no cost.
