Pryme Tyme Entertainment was Founded by Aaron DeMarest in 1995

Aaron's passion for music and talent for rhythm were what fueled his ambitions of becoming an entertainer. As a drummer, he was a popular musician in the local CT music scene.

 

His job as a technician at TECH Services of CT and then The Dodge Music Theater gave him his first taste of the entertainment industry and the technical training he needed to start Pryme Tyme. From presidents to playwrights and banquets to bands, he was working behind the scenes.

 

His next endeavor with Powerstation Events taught him a great deal about presentation and service excellence. Having Ed Chamberlain (TECH SERVICES) and Jon March (Powerstation) as his mentors gave him an advantage over the competition.

 

Aaron started by offering his services to local charitable organizations for fundraisers and the business grew from there. Since the beginning he has made it his mission to provide great entertainment, excellent service, and the diversity to entertain a broad audience. Aaron attended college with a major in music education and performance and his passion for music is still an integral part of everything he does.

No two DJ's are the same. There are radio jocks, club DJ's, wedding specialists, and the list goes on. The most important factor of hiring a DJ is making sure they are a good fit for you.

 

How much do you charge?

A "one size fits all" hourly rate doesn't give you the best value. Pryme Tyme Entertainment charges based on the individual needs of our clients.

 

Do you have lighting? How much extra is it?

Yes. Lighting for the dance floor is included in the price of your event.

 

Is there an extra charge for setup or travel time?

No. This is factored into the total price of your event. You wouldn't charge your employer for your drive to the office would you?
