Cakes from The Chocolate Rose Bake Shop look spectacular but they taste even better than they look. For example- our Chocolate Lovers Cake- the frosting tastes like the finest milk chocolate candy with a satin smooth shiny shell appearance. The layers are separated by the lightest, most delicious mousse you've ever tasted. You'll want a bowl of that all by itself! Then we get to the cake. Perfectly chocolaty - not too sweet, not bitter - just perfect. The texture too is perfect. It's light but firm. Not too airy - not too heavy - and moist.
