Our chauffeurs are always appropriately attired, courteous, and professional On your wedding day, our chauffeur shall arrive to transport the bride and bridal party to the church. Once at the church, we can escort the bridesmaids to the church foyer and assist the bride for her final decent down the isle.

A-Executive Limousine's chauffeur shall then be waiting outside the church to greet the newlyweds after the ceremony with the red carpet unrolled, crystal glasses of champagne, and a silver champagne stand for the congratulatory toast, the perfect opportunity for the after the ceremony pictures. Our Policies
Cancellation Policy: All bookings must have a 20% deposit and reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. Deposits are not refundable. 14 days or less cancellation -full negotiated rate of fare will be charged. (please understand we can not offer this Limousine to other customers during this reservation period) Gift Certificates may be issued to customers, in the event we can rent a canceled limousine for that time frame.

Reservation Policy: All reservations must have a deposit on file All reservations must have a credit card/debit card on file to cover overtime, damages, or excessive cleaning of limousine and client agrees to allow a charge to their credit card for these charges. We are very fair to our clients, unfortunately there are a few that abuse limousines. There is a minimum$200.00 fee for cleaning of interior (vomit) or cleaning carpeting $100. (shampoo food, spills and gum out of carpet.) These occurrences are rare, to avoid these charges please be sure that your guests respect our Limousines. There is a $200 fee, plus damages, if a passenger smokes in Limo. Our Entire fleet is smoke-free Supervision of passengers is the responsibility of the customer that booked the reservation and the card holder on file.

Hourly rental: The Limousines are rented on an hourly basis. We are not responsible for traffic, weather delays or for routing to and from the event. Charges begin when Limousine arrives at first pickup location and continue until last drop off, plus any travel time from our office and back(if over 15 minutes). Please supply Executive Limousine with full addresses and turn by turn instructions to all locations, at least 48 hours prior to event, or we will take the route available to us on map quest or our GPS systems. We can not be responsible for map or direction errors. Parking fees, if any, at special events (Gillette Stadium, Tweeter Center, etc.)are not included in the rental price.

Limousine preference: We do reserve specific limousine, but, in the rare event of a vehicle mechanical problem, we reserve the right to substitute with limousines with equal or greater value. All of the limousines we offer are not equipped with the same components. (spinner wheels, fog machines, x-box, same quantity or type of TVs, satellite TV, DVD, VHS, CD, karaoke, etc.) There is no price difference for this equipment. COMPLEMENTARY BOTTLED WATER & ICE INCLUDED (you can bring your own alcoholic beverages - everyone has to be over 21 yrs old).
