Thank you for your interest in It’s Party Time Catering and Party Assistance. To tell you a little about us, It’s Party Time Catering has 17 years experience catering all sizes and types of events!

Catered events have ranged from in home parties to large corporate affairs. We take pride in every event and it shows with our great food and friendly experienced staff.

It’s Party Time’s staff believes that each event should have it’s own style. We also believe that the menu and service provided should reflect that style – so we will work with each client to customize menus and levels of service to suit their needs and expectations.

In order to help make every event a success we also offer different levels of service – depending on your needs. These range from full service catering, food drop off, to wait staff or bartending only. The wait staff service is for the client who would like to do the cooking but needs help with the setup and serving once the guests arrive.

Every client’s needs are unique. Whether it’s planning for a party of 15 or 5000, a drop-off service, or a full formal sit down black tie dinner affair, we work to make your event happen and take some of the stress out of it for you! Our service offerings include:

Pick-up or Drop-off Delivery & Set-up (full meal or desert buffet)
Full Catering – including wait staff and bartender
Small Parties at our Private Venue (Sherwood – seating up to 45)
Venue Reservation with Catering Coordination with other Outside Services (flowers, photographer, rentals, etc.)

Our design team has been assembled based on a commitment to quality while working with every budget level. This approach has proven very beneficial in that it will save our clients time (meeting with everyone all at once in a comfortable setting), money, and it ensures the whole wedding design team is on the same page in your vision for your special day. Our team works together to complement each other in making your vision a reality.
