We are perhaps...most known as the anti-caterer; everything is personalized down to the menu and style of service - tired of old fashioned sit-downs?..try family style, table-side French Service or Chef Rossi's personal fave; the floating supper!

NEW YORK MAGAZINE"S best wedding caterers for the last decade and Chef Rossi was voted by Go Magazine twice as one of the "100 Women we Love".

Chef Rossi - The "Anti-Chef"

Rossi -- known professionally as Chef Rossi -- is one of the New York catering world's most vivacious personalities. She has been whisking up international fusions and mad theme parties for over 20 years!.

As the catering director, owner and executive chef of "The Raging Skillet", a cutting-edge catering company known for breaking any and all rules, she has earned a reputation as the one to call when it's time to do something different.

When not cooking up a storm, Rossi has written for several major newspapers and publications, such as "The Daily News," "The Black Book, "Time Out New York" and "The New York Post" to name a few. She been the regular host of a radio food show on "WJFF" and a featured guest on The Food Network. Currently Rossi hosts her own show on "WOMR" and "WFMR" radio on Cape Cod called "Bite This" and has been the food columnist for "Bust" magazine for the past twelve years. Chef Rossi is also the author of the soon-to-be-released book of edible memoirs "The Devil and Mrs. Goldstein".

"I like to think of myself as the anti-chef," says Rossi, "no pretension, no complicated recipes, just fun, fast and fabulous food." New York Magazine agreed when they voted Rossi one of the hottest caterers in New York.

Rossi, who credits America as her home town, grew up in a camper wedged on the top of a Ford pick-up truck and had visited all of the United States -- except for Hawaii and Alaska -- by the time she was 10 years old. Her wacky sense of humor and international food fusions reflect her Hungarian Yiddish background and her love of all things hot and spicy.

"I think I was the only kid in high-school who had a Yiddish/ Jersey/ Southern accent", says Rossi... "and a passion for Tandoori Chicken."
