Paul Neuman - Dedicated to Culinary Innovation, Customer Service & Community Involvement

Paul Neuman is the artist and entrepreneur behind Neuman’s, a company dedicated to culinary innovation, customer service and community involvement.

He is the fourth generation of his family to operate a food business in New York. Following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather Sandal, a chef and restaurateur; his grandfather Cornelius and his father and mentor Robbie, who for nearly a century ran the renowned Rosedale Fish Market on Lexington Avenue, Paul brings his fine arts training and family history in food to lead Neuman’s team of culinary artisans and service professionals.

Giving back has always been part of the N & B way of life. From weekly donations to soup kitchens to participation in welfare to work programs, Neuman's has always tried to be a good neighbor and conscious community participant.

We take our responsibilities to the environment seriously. With the help of our NYU Environmental Studies intern we recently passed our Green Restaurant Association certification and will continue to reduce our carbon footprint.
