When Britt first saw Ambiance {Chic} Wedding Design website she told me Michael, I don’t care how you do it but I want {Chic} on our website. She is by far one of the best Wedding Planners we have ever seen! Ambiance Chic is another one of those vendors that we are proud to say is part of our family and I spoke with the founder Erica and got her thought of this great event. Jamrock- How did you initially get connected with Andrew and Jeremy? Erica- Andrew and Jeremy contacted us, and at first they just wanted help with the design and help find vendors. Jamrock- How did it evolve? Erica- We did what we do, and we got the tables, chairs, tents, plates, linens. Jamrock- Tell me about the dishes. I understand that was a challenge. Erica- Yes, Most weddings you have the same dish pattern. Andrew and Jeremy wanted a variety, so we had round plates square plates different color plates. We even used wooden artist pallets, for serving Hors D’Oeuvres . It was a little more detailed than most weddings. I also adored the "LOVE" sign we created, with the candles next to it. Jamrock- I understand you have worked with Candi (Candi's Floral Creations) in the past. Erica- Yes, she is our favorite florist. We work well together. It is like we have one brain. Jamrock- You also worked with Jacklyn from Jag Studios Erica- She is a great friend, and she did her thing, like she does. Jamrock- So what exactly is your role in the whole scheme of things? Erica- Well, our role before the event is organizing everything. We organized the props for the individual tables, helped name them, make sure all the rentals are booked and are working properly. Jamrock- What about the day of the event? Erica- It is our job to keep everyone relaxed. Andrew and Jeremy forgot their tux’s in New York, so we had to handle that. I told Andrew and Jeremy to go to the cottage, have a drink and relax we will take care of everything. We are also a liaison between the couple, the venue, the family, the guests, and other vendors. We also make sure everyone eats, like Jacklyn for example she is a vegetarian, so we made sure we had a vegetarian plate for her. Jamrock- Andrew and Jeremy told me that you even took care of Bosley. Erica- (Laughing) yes, that was Jenna she is a college student that work with us from Indiana. She held Bosley during the ceremony and walked him down the aisle. Jamrock- How was it working with Andrew and Jeremy Erica- When we first met I was in tears because it was such a beautiful story. They were very fun and sweet. They also gave us creative freedom to do what we wanted. Jamrock- What were your favorite moments? Erica- The ceremony of course. Every one of my employees were in tears even the ones who have never met Andrew and Jeremy. The best man speech (Jeremy’s Brother) was amazing because after what happened in California and all the emotional ups and downs, they almost didn’t want to get married and go through that disappointment all over again. Jamrock- Thank you Erica. You guys did a fabulous job and you are still my wife’s favorite. Erica- Thank you
