Elements Fine Catering & Events is a full service fine catering and event planning company that brings together the four key event “elements” to create exceptional events for our clients. The four elements of ambiance, cuisine, beverages and service are each carefully considered and executed to make you event beyond expectation.

Elements is a progressive company that understands the needs of a diverse client base, including gay, lesbian and bisexual clients. Based in Connecticut, Elements supports LGBT marriage in our home state and is eager to work with LGBT clients and provide the opportunity to celebrate your union or other special event.

Elements has united the skills and expertise of several experienced and passionate hospitality professionals with the goal of approaching catering and event planning from a fresh perspective. Our event coordinators have worked with gay and lesbian clients in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, California and Nevada for weddings and other types of events. Regardless of sexual preference or sexual orientation, all Elements’ clients should expect the elements of their event to combine into a product and service that embodies and surpasses their vision. Element of Ambiance

The element of Ambiance surrounds your guests and sets the mood and feel of your entire event. Elements will help you achieve your desired ambiance by helping coordinate location selection, décor, entertainment, rentals, transportation and theme creation down to the last detail. We will ensure your ambiance compliments and enhances all of your other event elements.

Element of Cuisine

The element of Cuisine can influence the senses of sight, smell, touch, and most importantly, taste. From homemade breads and sauces to hand selected meats and produce, our chef’s use fresh ingredients and scratch recipes to create unique and inspired flavor and food presentations. You can select menu items form our prepared menu offerings or even work with our team to include custom menu items to meet you taste. Either way, your senses and your guests will be impressed.

Element of Beverages

Some people drink to live and some live to drink. Either way, the element of Beverages is essential to every event. In addition to the finest traditional beverages, our award winning “mixologist” can create custom alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages to enhance your guests’ experience. Elements can provide full beverage service including nonalcoholic beverages, beer, wine and spirits anywhere in the state of Connecticut. Our event coordinators will help you choose or even invent libations that will satisfy your guests’ thirst for fun.
